If you ever been here you know what I’m talkin about

The bright yellow sign with the monospaced WAFFLE HOUSE is a beacon of hope on a long road in the South. There is much to love about a Waffle House. Open 24/7, 365, they are always there for you. They’ve got waffles, eggs, and the heavenly hashbrowns with sickenly sweet sweet tea. They known for their disaster response, often being the first place to reopen after a hurricane or tornado, so much so that FEMA has the “Waffle House Index”. But more than that, everyone has a great Waffle House story.
